Orders will be delivered through one of the following methods:

• Free Delivery in Melfort;

• Free Shipping within Canada; or

• $10 Flat Rate Shipping to U.S.

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, 

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Parcels within Canada include a tracking number. Tracking to the US is an additional fee. Please let me know before you place your order if you would like tracking on your package to the US. 

All items are packed with the utmost care to ensure your order arrives safely at your home. In order to reduce the amount of waste generated, I re-use boxes and packing materials whenever possible.

To reduce shipping costs and to minimize damage during shipping, canvas artworks larger than 16"x 20" will be removed from the stretcher bars and rolled with protective packaging in a shipping tube.   They will need to be re-stretched upon arrival. If you would like your painting shipped ON the stretcher bars please contact me for additional shipping costs.

 

I do my best to ship within 3-4 business days. Once the parcel has been dropped off with Canada Post - the shipping time is out of my hands. Please see the Canada Post delivery standards below:

 

The delivery standard for regular mail sent inside Canada is:

• Two business days for local mail

• Three business days within the province

• Four days for national mail

These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.

The delivery standard for regular mail sent from Canada to the U.S.A. is four to six business days.

If you purchase goods for delivery to a destination outside of Canada, your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. I am not responsible for payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.
