Return or Refund

Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of your goods. 

I accept refund requests for  goods sold on my site for any of the following reasons:

  • Good is broken;

  • Good does not match description;

  • Good does not meet the purchaser's expectations or; 

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

  • Digital Art Files

  • Commissions

  • Discounted or Sale Items

  • Products from 3rd party Sites

To initiate a return, please email me at kristinehurdfineart@gmail.com with the reason you are requesting a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Damaged artwork caused by improper packaging prior to returning, will not be refunded.

 

You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. 


I will send a confirmation email once I have received the return.  After inspecting the item I will notify you of your refund status. Approved returns will be processed and the amount owing will be refunded to your credit card (or original payment method). When you receive the credit will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
